About this class
Exercise is important for everyone, especially under the conditions most of our world is facing right now. We may not have all the freedom to be active as we were before, but there are many ways to still get our bodies the exercise it needs to keep our blood circulating freely throughout our bodies. Helping our children do so also, and build a strong foundation for health through engaging them in lifestyle exercise while they are young, not only offers long term health benefits, but also immediate results as well.
Course Description
In this class we will not only learn the benefits of exercise, but we will actually exercise together. Our exercises will consist of cardiovascular conditioning, strength and resistance training, and flexibility stretches, all which invaluably help to improve and maintain the strength of our hearts, lungs, and muscles.
